Managed team of contractors to deliver a React web application on time and to the specifications of an external client. I planned and delegated tasks, lead retrospectives, contributed to and improved the project’s codebase. Performed an overhaul of the entire application interface to meet State mandated accessibility requirements.
Worked collaboratively to build new features and maintained the FarmLogs web application & marketing website. I curated our UI components and LESS styles; carried out major refactors and redesigns of core component systems like navigation, datepickers, tooltips and popovers. Worked with Product & Design to break projects down, iterate during development and deliver on time.
Eliminated technical debt and created new interfaces for the AdAdapted, PHP-based, web application. Also maintained various additional projects, including a documentation website, static content pages and various interactive demo prototypes.
